 In 2016, Singaporean math-rock / emo trio Forests released their debut album "Sun Eat Moon Grave Party" and it broke everyone's heart. Sometimes dubbed "happy songs for sad people", Forests binds the pop sensibility of 90s punk rock with the intricacy of math-rock - making songs that are completely singable and sometimes tricky to count. Having toured extensively in South-East Asia for the past year or so, Forests is finally hitting Hong Kong in March 2017. With them are DAVID BORING (post-punk), PHOON (indie-pop) and Wellsaid (emo).
